Roof Cleaning
A Roof Cleaning is a much higher quality cleaning, using a lot more chemical and soaps than the other services. This makes it slightly more expensive than the other services. Most roofs have a pitch and the way our mixtures work is the higher the pitch the more soap we would have to use, meaning that the higher the pitch, the higher the price and the lower the pitch, the lower the price.
House Wash
The way we price our House Washes is based off square footage as well. We take the height and length of your walls to find it’s square footage and we price it based off of the material your walls are made of (Brick, Vinyl, Tin, Wood, Stucco, Tile, etc.) and how bad the algae growth may be.
Driveway/Concrete Cleaning
This is one of our cheaper options! With these types of cleanings we use strong biodegradable chemicals to penetrate deep into the concrete itself and draw out stains, algae, grease, dirt, etc.
Gutter Cleaning
For Gutters cleanings prices typically start around $1.50-$2.00 per linear foot for single story homes, and $2.50-$3.00 per linear foot for 2 story homes (Prices vary based on the pitch of the roof) THIS GOES FOR GUTTER CLEANINGS AND GUTTER WHITENINGS
Decks and Windows
The Price for Deck Cleanings vary based on the condition of the wood and paint or stain. You will first need to answer questions like, Is the deck painted? If so is the paint old and coming off? Is the deck stained? Is it not stained? How old is the wood? All these questions will have to be answered before pricing.
Prices for window cleaning all depend on the difficulty to clean them and how many stories high they are. Just like gutters, windows are considered an “add-on” service. With any add-on services, you can get multiple discounts. For example, if you request a Roof Cleaning and wanted to add a Window Cleaning, you could get up to 25%-50% off for the windows. The more services you add, the greater the discount.
